Strategic Marketing Management is an intensive and comprehensive program designed for executives who want to develop a more strategic and disciplined approach to the marketing process. The program drives you through each of the critical steps of a strategic market planning process. Through its integrated curriculum and action-oriented approach, you will learn to master all the aspects of building a strong strategic marketing plan, from generating genuine market insights to strategy development and marketing program design and implementation.
The curriculum is integrated along the Columbia Strategic Marketing Planning Model, and explores three critical phases essential to the success of a strategic market approach: market insights, strategy development, and program design.
Through interactive sessions and hands-on planning exercises, you will gain a comprehensive command of all the elements necessary to design and implement effective marketing strategies that deliver value to your organization.
You also will have the opportunity to directly apply your learning to your own company and markets through various clinics and a personal case.
