Using the Groups Management System

There are many useful features in the Groups Management system. You will use this system to track membership, access the Events Management System, post polls and hold elections. Browse the entire guide for a comprehensive look at the system or click on the titles in the Table of Contents to quickly link to the information you are looking for.

If you are an officer please make sure that you are marked as an "owner" in Groups Management in order to update membership lists and gain access EMS. Also, make sure that your club officer title is up to date in the system. Your title and contact information will be displayed on the Office of Student Affairs list of clubs online and the Club Officer mailing lists are also updated based on your title. If your title is not up to date you may miss important announcements. If you are not listed as an officer for your club contact your Club President, VP of Technology, or the Office of Student Affairs at osa@gsb.columbia.edu.
