Club presidents and officers are responsible for updating changes to their club's description and list of officers through Groups Management to maintain the accuracy of the print and online versions of the club officer lists. A list of all clubs with titles and email addresses for each of the club's officers is available to the public on the Columbia Business School website.
Clubs are also responsible for maintaining current websites should they choose to have them. Each club is provided server space and ITG Student Support can assist in uploading the files to the server, but your club will need to design and/or update the html files or hire a web designer. In order to access your club's server space you will also need to have your club's login and password. This information should be handed down from the previous year's club officers.
The link below provides templates that can be customized to serve the club's need. These files can then be uploaded to the club's server using Filezilla.
