Event Management

As a club officer you have the responsibility and the opportunity to shape co-curricular activities at Columbia Business School and to represent the Business School brand to the outside world. Highlighting prominent faculty and alumni at your events will not only make for compelling programming but it also helps to enhance the reputation of Columbia Business School. A successful event requires careful advance planning and a significant dedication of time and energy. Before you embark on the planning of your club event consult with your board to make sure it addresses the needs of your constituents. Then, browse some of the topics below to get started and don't forget to submit your event to the Event Management System for approval.

If you need additional information please feel free to e-mail the Office of Student Affairs at osa@gsb.columbia.edu or stop by Uris 105 or Uris 111 to speak to someone in person.
