Invite Students

After you have identified the students you wish to interview, please submit your invite list through COIN, our online career management system. You may also send invitation letters directly to the students if you wish, but this is not required, as students are notified of invitations from employers through our intranet system. They must then follow Career Mangement Center procedures to accept invitations and obtain an interview time slot.

Invitation lists must be received on time so that we can inform students of their status before the close of internal bidding deadlines. If we do not receive your invitation list by the deadline, we reserve the right to reschedule your interview day, ask you to manage your own schedules or convert all of your closed schedules to open schedules.

Full-Time Recruiting:

Invitation lists are due through COIN exactly two weeks (14 calendar days) before the interview date unless otherwise specified by the Career Management Center.

Internship Recruiting:

Invitation lists for internship recruiting are due via our online career management system exactly two weeks (14 calendar days) before the interview date, except for those companies interviewing from January 12-16:

Interview Date Invitation List Due
January 12-16 December 17
January 20 onward 14 calendar days before interview date

Companies may not notify students about their invitation status during final exams, December 4–16.

We are not able to fax or send via e-mail the resumes of students on your schedules; these will be accessible at any time on the online career management system. On the day interviews are being conducted, our staff will distribute final schedules and a copy of each candidate's current resume.
