Sheldon Seevak RE Business Plan Competition
Students explore entrepreneurial real estate opportunities in this annual business plan competition. Through their participation, students enhance their research, problem-solving, team work and presentation skills. Competitors receive valuable feedback from industry mentors, who comment on draft submissions before final judging rounds. Finalists present their plans at a reception to a panel of senior professionals, faculty members, mentors and peers. Cash prizes are awarded to top-scoring plans, and some winners take their plans on to further success, additional funding and mentoring through other business plan competitions at the School.
