Admissions

There is no formal application process for the Real Estate Program; students wishing to study real estate at Columbia Business School should apply to the MBA program. Once admitted, students can concentrate in real estate to complement the broad management training offered by the MBA core curriculum.

Current real estate students as well as Milstein Center staff and faculty members are happy to answer your questions about the MBA Real Estate Program, but please be aware that these contacts do not affect your chances of acceptance. The center runs an event for admitted students during the Admitted Students’ Open House each year, bringing current real estate students together with those preparing to start their MBA at Columbia Business School. Please check the admitted students’ web site for details or contact us.
