Minority Prospective Students Day

Brought to you by the Black Business Student Association, the Latin American & Hispanic Business Association and MBA Admissions, Minority Prospective Students Day, on Thursday, November 19th, offers a wide array of resources that will allow you to gain more insight into Columbia Business School.

Attendees selected to participate in the event will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage in mock classes led by our renowned faculty
  • Attend a Silfen Leadership Series lecture featuring Muhtar Kent, Chief Executive Officer of the Coca-Cola Company
  • Attend essay writing and application workshops designed to give specific insight as to how the admissions process works at Columbia Business School
  • Participate in student and alumni panels to learn more about the culture of Columbia Business School

Registration and the submission of a short essay on the importance of diversity are required. The deadline to apply is Monday, November 2nd at 5pm. Decisions will be made on a rolling basis within ten business days of our receipt of a completed application. The event was oversubscribed last year, so we encourage you to apply as soon as you can.
