IntercallIntercall is ITG's supported solution for multi-point audio teleconferencing. Account holders can hold reservationless audio conferences, providing toll free dial in to up to 150 attendees.
There is no charge for setting up an account and no charges will apply unless you use the service. The cost is $.07 per minute per participant for Intercall voice, and $0.18 per minute per participant for Live Meeting. Live Meeting, Microsoft's web conferencing solution comes bundled with Intercall accounts, however ITG's recommended and supported solution for web conferencing is Adobe Connect Pro.
Once your account has been set up, monthly usage bills will be sent to your departmental administrator. Please be sure to select the correct department when setting up your account. If you do not see your department please contact your ITG support person.
To get started using Intercall, call them 24 hours a day at 800-374-2441 or 706-645-8600, or e-mail them at AMEASTREGION@intercall.com. You will need to provide them with an account holder name and mailing address for invoices, which will come directly to you, and which you will be responsible for paying. Once your account is set up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Intercall including your voice and web account numbers and instructions for using the Intercall services.
