Multimedia Services
The Multimedia Services Group (MMG) supports teaching technology and manages video resources for all Business School constituencies. We handle training, support, and maintenance of the classroom technology. We also offer creative and technical services in the production of video, visual materials, and other technology solutions for teaching and learning, promotion, training, and events.
Classroom Instructional Technology
Every Business School classroom has a core set of Instructional Technology:
- High-speed desktop with connectivity to the Internet and to the room's video/data projector
- Cables to connect a laptop computer to the Internet and to the room's video/data projector. These cables can be used to connect Macintosh laptops as well as Intel-based laptops as long as it is a G2 or later model of Macintosh laptop
- LCD video/data projector
- Program audio system
- Touch-panel control system

NEW AV Systems
For the Fall 2012 semester, brand new AV systems have been installed in Uris 303, 307, 326, 330, 331, 332, 333, and all of Warren Hall.

Classroom Support
The Multimedia Services Group is the front line for help with the instructional technology in the classroom. The Emergency Classroom Support phone number - extension 4-6094 - is displayed both on the classroom phone and in the "Help" button on the Instructor's Podium Computer desktop. This number is the best way to get emergency in the classroom.
Classroom Emergency response service is available when classes are in session from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays when EMBA classes are in session.
Video and Content Production Services
MMG provides the Business School community with resources for producing all types of video content, including podcasts, teaching materials, promotional videos, event archives, and lecture captures. With our Media Studio facility, we have access to live cable and broadcast television networks to instantly connect Business School ideas and expertise to the world.
