Students

Healthcare Industry Association (HCIA)

Working in close collaboration with the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program, the MBA student club produces a variety of activities throughout the year that broaden students’ exposure to global healthcare practice and complement classroom learning. Students in the HCIA have unique opportunities to speak with prominent healthcare alumni and professionals about the challenges faced by the industry. The club experience expands the student’s understanding of the industry and provides critical networking opportunities. The many events jointly organized by the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management Program and the HCIA are outlined in the Events section. Over 100 Columbia Business School students are members of the HCIA.
