Cancellation Policy
All notification of withdrawals, transfers and substitutions must be sent in writing to Columbia Business School Executive Education. Up to 30 days before the program start date, payment is refunded in full. If written notification is not received prior to 30 days before the start of the program 30% [50% FOR AECD or INM ELP] of the full program fee is assessed to cover irrecoverable costs paid to service providers on the participant’s behalf.

Note: Prepayment is a requirement for admission. If not paid in full thirty-days in advance of the program start date, enrollment is subject to cancellation without notice. Participants that enroll less than 30 days before the program start date will be required to pay the full tuition fee as a condition of acceptance.

Substitutions
All substitutions of students are subject to the sole discretion of Columbia Business School Executive Education. Requests must be submitted in advance of the program with an application and will be reviewed based on applicant qualifications and program-specific time required to complete preparatory work.

Transfers
Notification of requested transfers to another program must be received at least thirty days prior to the program start date to avoid any payment of fees. Within thirty days of the program start date, transfers to another program are subject to 30% [50% FOR AECD or INM ELP] of the program fee. Transfers are valid only within one year of the original program start date.

Withdrawals
Notification of withdrawal must be received at least 30 days prior to the program start date to avoid penalty. Within thirty days of the program start date, withdrawals are subject to 30% [50% FOR AECD or INM ELP] of the full program fee.

Agreement
I have read and understand the Columbia Executive Education Cancellation Policy. My sponsoring company has agreed to pay all fees for the program. I, in addition to my sponsoring company, agree to be responsible for and pay all fees.

By submitting this application, the applicant understands and agrees with the Columbia Executive Education cancellation policy. Applications can not be processed without this agreement.

NOTE: Applications within 30 days of the start of the program, should only be submitted with a credit card form.
