Come listen to Chris Gallant, the General Manager and Co-Founder of The Bronx Brewery, talk about 10 start-up tips he found useful as he started his brewery. As General Manager, Chris focuses on the business-related aspects of The Bronx Brewery. As with all start-ups, he wears a number of hats, but is generally tasked with setting the overall strategy for the company and on a daily basis oversees Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Investor Relations. He will be serving Bronx Pale Ale, a deep amber, American-style pale ale brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma. It is dry-hopped, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
