If you are not familiar, Shake Shack is the modern day version of a roadside burger stand, serving hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and milkshakes. There are currently fourteen restaurants with seven locations in New York City. Come hear from the man who makes it all run: Zach Koff, VP of Operations.
