I-Prep is a volunteer mentoring program developed by the nonprofit FEGS, in conjunction with MBA students at Columbia Business School. Columbia MBA students conduct mock interviews with unemployed, socially and economically disadvantaged individuals to help them gain confidence and sharpen their interviewing skills.
