The Columbia University Club of Minnesota invites Columbia Business School alumni to a
“dinner and discussion” event at Spoonriver Restaurant in Minneapolis.

Cost: $38
Food Network editor Elizabeth Winter, Barnard ’97, will be
hosting the event and leading a discussion on the farm-to-table trend that is a
hallmark of this critically acclaimed restaurant, located next to the new
Guthrie Theater in downtown Minneapolis. Paul Hugunin, Coordinator of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's
Minnesota Grown project, will also join us to talk about the fun and benefits
of shopping locally and supporting local farms.
We'll enjoy a full-course meal, created by a variety of
sampler plates that feature local and natural foods. The cost per person will
be $38, and a cash bar with discounted wines will also be available.
