Alberto J. Verme ’84 is CEO of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) for Citi, responsible for the performance of all of Citi's businesses in EMEA, with a particular focus on Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He will remark on the impact of the global financial crisis on emerging market economies.
