Rachel Vessey '09 will lead a lecture on Spanish cheese, Christian Salvatori '06 of Tradewind Specialty Wine Importers will conduct a tasting of Spanish wines, then CulinAerie co-owner Susan Holt will lead the class in the preparation of Paprika-roasted chicken with Bitter Greens, Almonds and Peppers. Ample wines and dessert will be provided!
The cost is $55 per person all inclusive.
