Today’s economy has lengthened the time spent in transition for many. Career transition can be even more challenging for individuals who have been out of the workforce by choice and who now want to reenter the job market.  During this two part webinar, participants will learn how best to assess and position their skills and connect with hiring decision makers after a career hiatus.

Part II

This session is designed for individuals who have not searched for jobs recently and who lack connections in a new industry.  It is well known that developing the right inside networking contacts is critical to success.  Specifically, participants will learn how to target specific employers and network directly with hiring managers.   The use of personal referrals and recommendations will be discussed as a means of promoting trust and credibility among risk-averse employers.
