Program Duration
The Program will run for two consecutive years from October 2008 to June 2010. Participants must commit to participation in 16 peer networking sessions and 16 individualized business coaching sessions during this time. Each session will last four to five hours.
Peer Learning sessions are confidential forums where participants support one another by providing a sounding board for pressing management issues as well as helping to identify fresh ideas and perspectives for taking participants’ businesses to new levels of performance and growth.
Session Location, Times and Topics
The group sessions will be held on Columbia’s Morningside Heights campus.
Participants will choose the topics which may include financing, media coverage and public relations, human resources issues, or other issues relevant to the participants’ businesses.CCBP Peer Facilitator/Coach
