The 2005 Droege-Chazen Private Equity Forum
In a collaborative effort between Droege & Company, GmbH, and
the Chazen Institute, select business executives and practitioners
recently met to discuss European private equity, specifically the
buyout landscape and challenges with raising funds from European
investors. Speakers included leading executives from the Blackstone
Group and Swiss Re. Select members of the School’s Private Equity Club
were also in attendance. Topics raised at the event are further
