Naveen Bhatia is currently a Managing Director of 40 North Industries, LLC. Prior to joining 40 North, Naveen was a Principal of The Keffi Group Ltd., a private investment firm. From 2003 to 2008, he was a Co-Founder and Partner of Eagle Lake Capital, LLC, a private investment partnership focused on fundamental, value investing across the capital structure. Previously, he was a member of the Restructuring Group at Rothschild Inc., the global investment bank. Naveen has served on various creditor committees, equity committees and boards, currently serving as a Director of Gyrodyne Company of America, Inc., and Chairman of the Board of Cotton Holdings, Inc. Naveen received a B.A. in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University. He is an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School and co-teaches Applied Security Analysis I & II.
