Teaching and research interest

Professor Rose is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Equities Division at Credit Suisse based in New York. In this role he manages all financial aspects of this $7bn business that is comprised of over 3,000 employees globally, with a particular focus on capital, funding, and liquidity management. Prior to Credit Suisse, Professor Rose was head of Capital Management within Global Treasury at JP Morgan Chase and prior to that, held positions of increasing responsibility in Strategic Planning and Equity Research, also at JP Morgan Chase. Professor Rose received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
