David Ross joined the Management division in 2007 as an assistant professor. Previously, he was an associate and vice president from 1998 to 2001 with Citigroup Investment Banking. He earned a BS in economics and computer science/mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1990 and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He also received a PhD in economics from the Stern School of Business, New York University in 2007. His research interests include the interaction between strategic and financial decisions and the strategy of financial intermediaries.
