Teaching and research interest

Professor Yared teaches the core course Global Economic Environment. His research examines a range of issues in macroeconomics and political economy. These include the optimal management of public liquidity, the effect of political corruption on the level of taxes and public savings, and the relationship between economic growth and political development.
