Professor Favaro is Senior Vice President and Global Leader, Enterprise Strategy at Booz & Co. He joined Booz & Company from Marakon Associates, where he became CEO and then Co-Chairman. During his distinguished 25-year career he worked with many of the world's leading companies on strategy, execution, growth, productivity, leadership and organization, across many industries: financial services, consumer products, healthcare, heavy manufacturing, retailing, media and telecommunications. Favaro's writings includes "The Three Tensions" and "Five Rules for Retailing in a Recession," published in Harvard Business Review. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Stanford University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds an M.B.A. from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. His current research interests include how large global companies can integrate creative thinking and innovation into their core strategy procedures. Professor Favaro co-teaches the Master Class, Business Innovation Consulting Lab.
