As Professor of Management of Executive Education Programs, Professor Klepper is responsible for coordinating faculty resources inside and outside Columbia, overseeing program design and conducting research. Since 1986, he has been an adjunct professor at the School, where he teaches Managing Group and Interpersonal Dynamics. Prior to his appointment at Columbia, he was the coordinator of the human relations department in the School of Arts and Sciences at the College of New Jersey and taught at the graduate level in the area of organization and administration. He is an adjunct professor at Teachers College, where he has worked with faculty members in developing programs for the creation of learning organizations. He has served as a consultant to corporations, colleges and universities, school districts and government agencies and has worked with a number of corporations in custom services.
